How do I get my plan after buying?

Plans are delivered instantly through TrainingPeaks. After checkout the full plan is applied to your TrainingPeaks calendar, with every session described in detail. A free TrainingPeaks account is all you need.

Do the workouts sync to my GPS watch?

Yes. Structured workouts sync from TrainingPeaks straight to compatible GPS devices, including Garmin, so your watch guides you through every interval with pace targets.

Miles or kilometres?

Each plan is built natively in either miles or kilometres, so paces and distances read naturally on your device. Pick your preferred unit in the plan finder or the browser filters above.

My goal time isn't listed. What now?

The plan library is growing every week. If your exact combination of goal time, plan length and training days isn't live yet, use the plan finder to request it and we'll email you the moment it's ready.
