The 35-40-minute 10k Training Plan is designed for runners who want to run around 35-40-minutes for 10k and want the flexibility of aiming for a larger time period rather than some of the other time specific plans in my TrainingPeaks store. If you have ran around 16:00-19:00 for 5k and 1:20-1:28 for the half marathon distance then this plan is perfect for you.
